Due to the passion to making dessert for family, Mae Lumpha began selling them as a carrying peddler. She meticulously grinded flour, chose coconuts, squeezed the coconuts, picked pandan leaves and jasmine, perfumed each dessert with scented candles, and prepared each dessert with the intention of maintaining its distinctive flavour and textureall of which contributed to its traditional Thai dessert identity.
