The well-known Mae Lumpha dessert
- Krayasart, which is created by hand with palm sugar, freshly toasted crispy rice, peanuts, and sesame seeds and won an OTOP product award.
- Khao Neow Moon (coconut-flavored sticky rice) is made from Kheiw Ngu (GI) sticky rice , which has a distinct soft and sticky texture compared to other sticky rice, and coconut milk with a jasmine scent.
As her desserts gained popularity, she also made other Thai desserts in big square trays then chopped them in small boxes. She expanded her menu to included Kanom Mor Kaeng (Thai Custard), Golden drops, Mock sweet jack fruit seed, Green sticky rice, Red sticky rice, Taro paste, Mung bean paste, Cassava in syrup, a variety of coconut milk desserts and dessert for Thai festivals and rituals like Mud Tai (local sticky rice with coconut milk and mung beans), Khao Tom Mud (Sticky rice with coconut milk and banana), Kanom Tian (Stuffed dough pyramid), Kanom Kheng (Sweet rice cake).
Despite the success, Mae Lumpha continues to preserve the unique of taste and characteristic of Thai desserts for the next generation.
